This course will equip you with the operational mindset and practical skills needed to drive efficiency, consistency, and impact in any modern design team.

Course Requirements:
If you’re virtual, You’ll need to have a computer and know how to use it. In addition you will also need a stable internet connection.

You will receive an Academy of Digital Arts Certificate of Completion.
Course Price: R2 900 per student
In this course you will learn the following skills:
- What is DesignOps? Role and responsibility
- Working in agile and lean environments
- Design briefs, critique sessions, and design QA
- Team rituals: standups, retros, feedback loops
- Tooling: Figma, Jira, Notion, Zeplin, Trello
- How to run cross-functional design sprints
- Communicating with product managers and engineers
Course Schedule
Monday – Wednesday, 6pm – 8pm
Classes on a public holiday will shift to the next available date, arranged by the lecturer.
