User Research
Great design starts with asking the right questions.
User Research is where your design thinking becomes truly evidence-based. In this course, you’ll learn how to go beyond assumptions and surface-level feedback to uncover what users genuinely need — not just what they say they want. You’ll explore the full research process, from planning and conducting interviews and surveys to analyzing qualitative and quantitative data. The course will guide you in identifying patterns, drawing meaningful conclusions, and transforming those insights into clear, actionable strategies for product and design decisions. By the end, you’ll have the confidence to advocate for user needs and back your design choices with real-world evidence you’ll also walk away with a complete UX research portfolio project.
