Job Title: Junior UI / UX Designer

Job Description

You will join an international dispersed team building an exciting new technology platform. The project has a mission to improve the state of our world and you need to align with this mission and be open to the ideas we bring forward while contributing your own to improve the product. Visit urth.media to get a sense of what we are about. Your creative lead is Cape Town based so it’s ideal that you are too but not required. The rest of the team are US based and you will need to attend meetings with the larger team on a weekly basis. Your role is to work with the lead designer to build out a full prototype for the product, both a web version and mobile app. We will be building full design systems for both and you will have your hand in all of it. You need to be reliable, self-motivated and trustworthy. A positive strong work ethic, attention to detail and willingness to learn is essential.

Essential Requirements & Skills

• Proven experience using Adobe XD
• Solid portfolio of high-quality work
• Display a positive empowered approach to your work
• Be willing to take feedback and work as a team
• You must have your own computer and a reliable internet connection
